TIME: 6:17 p.m.
ANEMIC FIRST BY MUDBUGS
The Mudbugs collected just two shots on goal after their intial 5-on-3 opportunity Sunday. Lubbock is up 10-3 after one. Can't blame it on being road weary, the Cotton Kings came from a game in Lubbock last night.
TIME: 5:42 p.m.

KEMP RETURNS
After missing every game since the All-Star break defenseman Chad Kemp was resigned by the Mudbugs in time for Sunday's game against Lubbock.
Kemp collected one goal and four assists in the 30 games in played during the first half of the season. He was traded to Corpus Christi during the All-Star break, but declined to go. He was then suspended and released from the team.
The Mudbugs are 14-1-2 since the All-Star break.
