11-18 BUGS at WICHITA (W, 4-3 in shootout)

ROAD TRIP ENDS UP JUST FINE
With the shootout victory against Wichita, the Mudbugs concluded their three-week, eight-game road swing at 4-4. Two victories sandwiched a four-game losing streak. The victory was made even sweeter with a comeback from 2-0. Defensemen Quade Lightbody and Jason Basile scored and the Thunder was handed its first loss of any type at home.
Rookie David Cacciola got his second win in net.

BUGS' ROAD TRIP WILL FINALLY END
Willie Nelson has been playing over and over in the minds of the Mudbugs. Finally the cast from Wizard of Oz will take over.
Saturday we can say "You're not in Kansas anymore" and "There's no place like home."
The cool thing about this 12-year roadie is that the Mudbugs could own the only unblemished home record if they win tonight in WIchita. OK, so it's only 3-0 at the CTC, but still.
